I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma therapist who helps adults navigate anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and attachment wounds. My approach is relational, culturally responsive, and somatic—rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully seen. My work is especially attuned to the needs of BIPOC, AANHPI, first-generation clients and other marginalized clients who are often holding complex intersections of cultural expectations, systemic stress, and personal healing.
In our work together, I hold space for the complexities of your lived experience while helping you reconnect with your inner voice, your body, and your values. Whether we’re unpacking attachment wounds or tending to burnout and perfectionism, our work together moves at a pace that feels both safe and effective. I draw from different modalities to help you move beyond insight and into lasting change. My goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you feel more whole, more resourced, and more at home in yourself.
Whether you’re carrying the weight of generational trauma, burnout, self-doubt, or relationship pain, you’re not alone. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, breathe, and rebuild from a place of compassion and truth. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, rewriting the narratives that no longer serve you, and moving toward a life that feels aligned. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it all by yourself.
