The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination. As a clinician, it is my goal to help guide you in the right direction of your personal good life. While providing a secure, trustworthy environment for you, together we will work towards the process of building the best version of yourself. While I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Theory in combination with Psychodynamic Theory, my approach is more importantly based on a foundation of empathy, compassion, and respect. I will work collaboratively with you to identify your unique needs and goals, and tailor my interventions to best suit your individual needs.

I work with individuals from a variety of different backgrounds. I also take pride in having a multicultural perspective and being willing to learn about one’s culture and how it influences them. I recognize the importance of cultural sensitivity and strive to create a space where clients from all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and valued.

The issues I specialize in are as follows: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem issues. I have experience with working with adults, adolescents, and children. I am honored to have the opportunity to potentially work with you and help you navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and self-awareness.
