Hi, my name is Jennifer Bolden. I am a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping you uncover the root causes of trauma and move toward becoming the best version of yourself. Life can be tough, and sometimes we all need extra support to heal, grow, and reconnect with ourselves. I’m here to help you uncover the root causes of trauma, build resilience, and step into the best version of yourself. With experience in outpatient programs, shelters, treatment centers, and child welfare services, I understand the complex challenges individuals, couples, and families face. As a multilingual therapist (English, German, and conversational Farsi) and a first-generation immigrant, I am passionate about empowering people to overcome adversity, find their strength, and thrive. I am trained in EMDR and Tholage Neuropsychotherapy, which inform my approach to trauma healing and nervous system regulation. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you build coping skills, process experiences, restore relationships, and become the best version of yourself.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’m here to support you. Reaching out can feel intimidating, but taking this first step can lead to powerful transformation. Let’s work together to uncover what’s holding you back and create the change you’ve been seeking.

My Associate registration is active in California and I am supervised by Carly Herbert, LMFT 96671.
