Tiffany Early is a Behavioral Health Therapist at Rosecrance La Grange. She works with both adult and adolescent intensive outpatient program (IOP) groups for individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. In addition to her group work, she has over five years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy for both adolescents and adults. Her clinical approach integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), person-centered theory, therapy through art, and trauma-focused CBT. Early earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with minors in criminal justice and sociology, from Elmhurst College. She completed her master’s in counseling psychology with concentrations in addictions and children and adolescents at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She founded “Operation Give Back,” an outreach initiative in which clients and alumni gather every three months to assemble and distribute care packages to individuals experiencing homelessness in the Chicago area. She also serves as a Staff Ambassador on the Rosecrance Alumni team. She also works part time for Leyden Family Service & Mental Health Center, a non-for-profit community mental health center where she provides counseling for adults, adolescents, senior citizens, children and families. Outside of work, Early enjoys the arts—especially theater, painting, and music—serving as a Youth Leader and Media Leader at her church, and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.
