Tina Rockwell, Clinical Supervisor, LCPC
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging seasons with clarity, confidence, and compassion. I currently serve with Charlie Health, a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provider, where I support adolescents, young adults, and adults ranging in age from 8 to 64.
I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns. My approach is both evidence-based and relational, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help clients build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier interpersonal patterns. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating the impact of past experiences, I work collaboratively to create meaningful, sustainable change.
I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. With flexible scheduling options, I aim to make high-quality care accessible and aligned with the realities of everyday life.
Reaching out for support takes courage. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward the life you want to live.
